ASA Sync
Table Manager offers seamless integration with ASA, allowing you to synchronize seating data and other guest information back to ASA.
Information synced
Table information
For guests that have a seat assigned, it will sync the table name to ASA's table field. If the guest is assigned to a group of table, it will write the first table's name to ASA. For guests that are not seated, it will clear the table field in ASA.
Important
An important thing to keep in mind, is that it is only possible to update information about guests that are currently checked in. This is a limitation of ASA.
Custom attributes
It is also possible to add important annotations directly to ASA. For this, simply select a custom attribute to be dining related. After this, if a room has such a custom attribute (Food allergy), it will be written to the kitchen annotation in ASA.
How to sync
To trigger a sync between table manager and ASA, navigate to an occasion, and head to the overview page. Here click on the share icon. After a sync, you will get feedback on how much information was sent to ASA.
